| 摘 要： | 目的 测定 Survivin在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达。 方法 采用 SP免疫组织化学方法 ,对 39例子宫内膜腺癌 ,10例子宫内膜增殖症和 10例增殖期子宫内膜进行 Survivin检测。 结果 30例子宫内膜腺癌 Sur-vivin阳性 (76 .92 % ) ,子宫内膜增殖症和增生期宫内膜均阴性。 结论 Survivin可作为子宫内膜腺癌诊断标志物

| Abstract: | Objective\ To detect the expression of survivin in adenocarcinoma of the endometrium.\ Methods\ The expression of survivin in 39 cases of adenocarcinoma of the endometrium, 10 cases of endometrial hyperplasia and 10 cases of proliferative phase of endometrium were detected by immunohistochemical SP method.\ Results\ There were 76 92% positive rate of survivin in adenocarcinoma of endometrium, otherwrise the endometrial hyperplasia and proliferative phase of endometrium were negative.\ Conclusion\ Survivin gene may be as role of a tumor marker for adenocarcinoma of endometrium. |
