金线莲及其提取物降血糖实验研究

摘    要:目的 确定金线芝降血糖的有效成分,并对其降血糖机理进行初步探讨。方法 昆明种小鼠100只,分成10组(n=10),分别用金线莲水煎剂、石油醚提取物、丙酮提取物及以上溶剂提取后的水提物(3.0和6.0g/kg)、格列本脲(50mg/kg)和等体积生理盐水(0.1ml/10g体重)灌胃,测定各组正常小鼠的血糖水平及以葡萄糖(4g/kg)、四氧嘧啶(100mg/kg)所致小鼠高血糖模型的血糖水平,并对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病小鼠进行胰腺的病理切片检查。结果 3.0g/kg和6.0g/kg的金线莲及其水提物灌胃对葡萄糖、四氧嘧啶引起的小鼠高血糖均有抑制作用(P〈0.01或P〈0.01),对正常小鼠的血糖亦有降低作用(P〈0.001),其降糖效应明显优于石油醚提取物和丙酮提取物。结论 金钱莲降血糖的有效成分主要为水溶性物质,降

Abstract:Objective\ To determine the active ingredient in Herba Anoectochili(HA) responsible for the decrease of blood sugar and discuss the anti\|hyperglycemic mechanism of polysaccharide in HA.\ Methods\ One hundred mice were divided into ten groups and each group was given HA and its extract(3 0 and 6 0 g/kg),glybenzcyclamide(50 mg/kg) or normal saline(0 1 ml/10 g weight),respectively.\ The levels of blood sugar were calculated in normal and in experimental hyperglycemias induced by glucose(4 g/kg) or alloxan(100 mg/kg),the pancreas of diabetic mice induced by alloxan was studied by pathologic section.\ Results\ In addition to the decrease of blood sugar in normal mice(P<0 001),HA and its aqueous extract at doses of 3 0 and 6 0 g/kg can also decrease various experimental hyperglycemias induced by glucose or alloxan(P<0 01 or P<0 001).\ Conclusion\ The active ingredient in HA responsible for the decrease of blood sugar was determined to be chiefly water\|soluble substance abstracted from HA.\ The hypoglycemic effect of HA is not to be realized via the way of attenuating or recovering the damage of cells of "Langerhans" islands induced by alloxan.
