糖脂平对实验性糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用

目的：观察糖脂平对糖尿病大鼠肾脏病变及相关状况的影响。方法：SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组,模型组，糖脂平低剂量和高剂量组，格列齐特组，动物模型用四氧嘧啶塑造，灌胃给药，每天一次，疗程30d，结果：高剂量糖脂平可改善糖尿病大鼠的症状，明显降低糖尿病大鼠的血糖，糖化血红蛋白，血清甘油三酯，胆固醇，尿素氮，尿蛋白排泄率，对糖尿病大鼠高滤过，肾脏肥大有减轻趋势，糖脂平对模型鼠显著降低的空腹血清胰岛素无明显改善作用。结论：糖脂平能通过控制血糖，纠正脂代谢紊乱和改善肾功能，对肾脏有一定的保护作用，糖脂平的降糖机制存在胰外作用，可能类似双胍类药物。

The Protection of Tang-Zhi-Ping On the Kidney Function of Diabetic Rats

Objective\ To investigate the influence of a herba product Tang\|Zhi\|Ping(TZP) on renal and other relative lesions in the diabetic rat models.\ Methods\ SD rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model group, higher dose of TZP group and lower dose of TZP group, gliclazide group.\ The diabetic rat model was induced by alloxan.\ The experimental rats were treated one time a day for 30 days.\ Results\ The higher doses of TZP can ameliorate rat models' diabetic symptoms and strikingly lower the level of blood\|glucose, glycosylation of hemoglobins, total cholesterol, triglyceride, urea nitrogen and excretion rate of urinary protein.\ TZP is also effective in the inhibition of diabetic nephromegaly and high glomerular filtration.\ The hypoinsulin effect caused by alloxan diabetic rat models was only a little change.\ Conclusion\ TZP has the effect of protecting the kidney of diabetic rat models to a certain degree by means of decreasing blood\|glucose, cholesterol, and improving renal function.\ This means the anti\|hyperglycemic displayed on outside the pancreas, it is somewhat similar to the function of biguanide.
