灵芝多糖肽和小分子灵芝多糖肽抗肿瘤作用和免疫调节作用比较

摘    要:目的 比较灵芝多糖肽(GLPP)和小分子灵芝多糖肽(GL-LPP3)离体抗肿瘤作用及对免疫调节作用.方法 以GLPP和GL LPP3作用于肿瘤细胞株(SW480、MCF-7、K562细胞),以5 Fu作对照,24、48 h后收集细胞,考察其对肿瘤细胞的抑制率.建立混合淋巴细胞培养体系,以环孢素A为对照,用MTT法测定24,48,72 h细胞活性,观察GLPP和GL-1PP3对免疫的调整作用. 结果 GLPP和GLLPP3对肿瘤细胞株SW480、MCF-7、K562存活率无抑制作用;GLPP和GL-LPP3可增强淋巴细胞免疫作用. 结论 GLPP和GL-LPP3体外不能直接抑制或杀伤肿瘤细胞,可增强T淋巴细胞免疫功能.

Abstract:Objective To compare the effects of ganoderma lucidum polysaccharides peptide (GLPP) and ganoderma lucidum low molecular weight polysaccharides peptide (GL-LPP3) on the antitumor activity and immunomodulation in vitro.Methods Tumor cells (SW480,MCF 7,K562) were treated with GLPP and GL-LPP3 for 24 and 48 hours,and the tumor cell growth inhibitory effects was assessed by MTT assay with 5-Fu as the positive control.MLC(mixed lymphocyte culture) from BALB/c and C57BL/6 mice was treated with GLPP and GL-LPP3 for 24,48 and 72 hours,and the growth inhibition was measured by MTT assay with Cyclosporin A (CsA) as the positive control.Results GLPP and GLLPP3 had no growth inhibitory effects on SW480,MCF-7 and K562 cells but could enhance proliferation of the immune cells.Conclusion While GLPP and GL-LPP3 could not directly inhibit or kill the tumor cells in vitro,they may increase the immune effect of T cells.
