| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年慢性病患者居家护理需求状况及影响因素. 方法 采用居家护理需求问卷,对212例老年慢性病患者进行横断面凋查研究. 结果 (1)老年慢性病患者对居家护理服务的总体需求率为93.4%.(2)16项居家护理需求项目中.需求率排在前6位的是:定期测量生命征82.1%,相关知识的健康教育79.2%,指导正确服药、观察药物疗效及不良反应75.9%,生活方式指导70.3%,提供社会交往的机会56.1%,给予心理支持48.6%.(3)影响患者居家护理需求的主要因素是家庭收入、文化程度和疾病数量(P<0.05). 结论 老年慢性病患者居家护理的主要内容包括生命征的测量、健康教育、为患者提供社会交往的机会及给予心理支持.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore influential factors and demands of home-based care in the elderly with chronic diseases. Methods 212 subjects were assessed by the questionnaire of home-based care demands in the elderly with chronic diseases. Results 93.4% subjects preferred the home-based care services. The demands of home-based care were significantly affected by income, education level and the complexiey of diseases. Conclusion It is of great need to establish an efficient and practical home-based care services for the elderly with chronic diseases. |
