| 摘 要： | 目的 总结临床肝移植围手术期处理的经验。方法 对23例肝移植临床资料进行回顾性分析．结果 23例患者手术成功率100％；围手术期成活率69．6％；现存活10例，其中2例存活已超过3年。术后围手术期共发生并发症28例次。结论 完善的手术技术，围手术期的严密监测及并发症的处理是肝移植成功的重要条件。

| Abstract: | Objective To sum up the experiences of perioperative managements of liver transplantation. Methods The clinical data of 23 cases of liver transplantation from Dec. 1999 to Feb. 2003 were analyzed retrospectively. Results All operations of 23 cases were successful and perioperative survival rate amounted to 69.6%. Now 10 cases were living and 2 cases have survived for over 3 years. 28 complications had occurred postoperatively. Conclusion Perfect surgical techniques, comprehensive monitoring and correct perioperative managements are key points for success of liver transplantation. |
