血清TSGF、CA153、CA125及CEA联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断价值

目的:探讨恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)、CA153、CA125及CEA联合检测在乳腺癌诊断中的价值.方法:采取69例乳腺癌患者血清标本作实验组,31例乳腺良性疾病血清标本作对照组.每例抽取空腹血3 ml,离心分离血清.TSGF采用生化比色法测定,CA153、CA125及CEA用化学发光免疫法检测.所有数据用SPSS8.0软件包进行分析.结果:乳腺癌组TSGF、CA153、CEA含量均高于乳腺良性疾病组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).乳腺癌组CA125含量与乳腺良性疾病组含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05). TSGF、CA153、CA125及CEA对乳腺癌的灵敏度分别为21.7%、 30.4%、13.0%和15.9%,特异性分别为100%、93.5%、83.8%和100%,准确度分别为46.0%、50.0%、35.0%和42.0%.TSGF、CA153及CEA联合检测乳腺癌的灵敏度为62.3%,特异性为93.5%,准确度为72%.联合检测与单项指标检测相比,敏感性明显提高.结论:血清TSGF、CA153及CEA单项检测对乳腺癌的诊断均有较大意义,联合检测血清TSGF、CA153及CEA能提高乳腺癌的诊断率.

STUDY ON VALUE OF COMBINED ANALYSIS OF TSGF, CA153,CA125 AND CEA IN DIAGNOSIS OF BREAST CANCER

Objective:To study the value of combined assay of TSGF,CA153,CA125 and CEA in the diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods:69 patients with breast cancer were studied,and 31 cases with benign breast diseases were randomly selected as controls.3 ml fast blood sample was taken from every patient,and serum was separated by centrifugation.Serum level of TSGF in each patient was determined in chromatometry method,and serum levels of CA153,CA125 and CEA were determined in chemoluminescence method.Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS.Result:The concentration of TSGF,CA153 and CEA in breast cancer group were higher than those in benign breast diseases group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the concentration of CA125 between breast cancer group and benign breast diseases group(P>0.05).The sensitivity rates of TSGF,CA153,CA125 and CEA in breast cancer were 21.7%,30.4%,13.0% and 15.9% respectively,the specific rates were 100%,93.5%,83.8% and 100%,and the accuracy rates were 46%,50%,35% and 42%,respectively.In combined assay of TSGF,CA153 and CEA,the sensitivity rate was 62.3%,the specificity rate was 93.5%,and the accuracy rate was 72%.Comparing with the single assay,combined analysis had much higher diagnostic sensitivity.Conclusion:The assay of TSGF,CA153 and CEA is significant in diagnosis of breast cancer.It can obviously improve the diagnostic rate when TSGF,CA153 and CEA are combinedly analyzed.
