复方双花气雾剂的药效作用研究

目的探讨复方双花气雾剂的药效作用.方法采用小鼠浓氨水喷雾法、酚红排泌量法、冰冻法、耳廓肿胀法、豚鼠蛋清致喘法、大鼠棉球肉芽肿法、体外抗菌法等观察复方双花气雾剂的镇咳、祛痰、平喘、耐寒、抗炎作用.结果本品能明显延长氨雾诱发小鼠咳嗽反应潜伏期(P<0.05),明显减少咳嗽次数(P<0.01);能明显增加小鼠呼吸道酚红排泌量(P<0.05);明显延长鸡蛋清引起的豚鼠过敏性哮喘潜伏期(P<0.05);明显提高小鼠耐寒能力,提高存活率(P<0.05);并能明显抑制巴豆油所致小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.05)和大鼠棉球肉芽肿(P<0.05);对金黄色葡萄球菌等上呼吸道感染常见的致病菌具有不同程度的抑制作用.结论复方双花气雾剂具有镇咳、祛痰、平喘、耐寒、抗炎及抑菌作用.

PHARMACODYNAMIC STUDY OF COMPOUND SHUANGHUA AEROSOL
