| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨流浪精神病人的发病情况及临床特点。方法：对2000年6月～2003年5月间由原苏州市收容遣送站送入我院的流浪精神病人4l例进行调查分析。结果：流浪精神病人遭受生活事件较多，病情较重，肇事率较高，人院时表现以阴性症状为主，但总体疗效较好。结论：对流浪精神病人应采取综合措施，加强管理，促进病人康复和社会安定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the clinical features of the vagrant patients with mental diseases. Methods: 41 cases who had been admitted to our hospital from June 2000 to May 2003 were analysed. Results: The vagrant patients with mental diseases experienced more life events and created more disturbances. They appeared more negative symptoms and their diseases were more severe, but had relatively good curative effects. Conclusion: To promote their rehabilitation and maintain the public order, synthetical measures should be taken to strengthen the administration of the vagrant patients with mental diseases. |
