纤维支气管镜灌洗联合常规药物治疗变应性支气管肺曲霉病患者的效果

目的:观察纤维支气管镜灌洗联合常规药物治疗变应性支气管肺曲霉病(ABPA)患者的效果。方法:选取94例ABPA患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各47例。对照组采取常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合纤维支气管镜灌洗治疗。比较两组临床疗效和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为89.36%(42/47),明显高于对照组的72.34%(34/47),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:纤维支气管镜灌洗联合常规药物治疗ABPA患者的效果优于单纯常规药物治疗,且安全性好。

Effects of fiberoptic bronchoscopy lavage combined with conventional drugs in treatment of patients with allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis

Objective:To investigate effects of fiberoptic bronchoscopy lavage combined with conventional drugs in treatment of patients with allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis(ABPA).Methods:94 ABPA patients were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,while the observation group was combined with fiberoptic bronchoscope lavage on the basis of those of the control group.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 89.36%(42/47),which was significantly higher than 72.34%(34/47)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Fiberoptic bronchoscopy lavage combined with conventional drugs in the treatment of the patients with ABPA has good safety and is superior to single conventional drugs.
