全瓷高嵌体治疗后牙牙体缺损患者的效果

目的:观察全瓷高嵌体治疗后牙牙体缺损患者的效果。方法:选取204例后牙牙体缺损患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各102例。对照组行全瓷冠治疗,观察组行全瓷高嵌体治疗,比较两组治疗前后咀嚼功能、牙龈状况和修复满意度。结果:治疗后,观察组吸光度大于对照组,牙龈指数低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组修复满意度为97.06%(99/102),高于对照组的85.29%(87/102),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全瓷高嵌体治疗后牙牙体缺损患者可提高咀嚼功能和修复满意度,降低牙龈指数,效果优于全瓷冠治疗。

Effects of all-ceramic onlay in treatment of patients with posterior tooth defects

Objective:To observe effects of all-ceramic onlay in treatment of patients with posterior tooth defects.Methods:204 cases of posterior tooth defects were selected as the research objects,and were divided control group and observation group by using the random number table method,each with 102 cases.The control group received all-ceramic crown treatment,while the observation group received all-ceramic onlay treatment.The masticatory function,gingival condition and repair satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the absorbance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the gingival index was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The repair satisfaction rate of the observation group was 97.06%(99/102),which was higher than 85.29%(87/102)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Allceramic onlay treatment can improve the masticatory function and the repair satisfaction of the patients with posterior tooth defects,and reduce the gingival index.Moreover,it is superior to all-ceramic crown treatment.
