赖氨肌醇维生素B12联合莫沙必利治疗儿童功能性消化不良的效果

目的:探讨赖氨肌醇维生素B₁₂联合莫沙必利治疗儿童功能性消化不良的效果。方法:选取114例功能性消化不良患儿,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=57)和对照组(n=57),对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予赖氨肌醇维生素B₁₂口服溶液治疗,连续治疗4周后比较两组临床疗效、症状评分、胃肠功能指标胃动素、胃泌素水平及胃排空时间]及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为89.47%,高于对照组的73.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组症状评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,两组胃排空时间短于治疗前,且观察组短于对照组,两组胃动素、胃泌素水平高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:赖氨肌醇维生素B₁₂联合莫沙必利治疗儿童功能性消化不良效果显著,能够缓解患儿的临床症状,改善胃肠功能,且安全性良好。

Effects of Lysine Inositol and Vitamin B12 combined with Mosapride in treatment of children with functional dyspepsia

Objective:To study effects of Lysine Inositol and Vitamin B12 combined with Mosapride in treatment of children with functional dyspepsia.Methods:114 children with functional dyspepsia were selected and divided into observation group(n=57)and control group(n=57)according to the random number table method.The control group was given Mosapride citrate tablets,while the observation group was given Lysine Inositol and Vitamin B12 oral solution on the basis of those of the control group.The treatments continuously lasted for 4 weeks.Then,the clinical efficacy,symptom score,gastrointestinal function indexesmotilin,gastrin levels and gastric emptying time]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 89.47%,which was higher than 73.68%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;the gastric emptying time was shorter than that of the control group;the levels of motilin and gastrin were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Lysine Inositol and Vitamin B12 combined with Mosapride is effective in the treatment of the children with functional dyspepsia.It can relieve the children’s clinical symptoms and improve the gastrointestinal function with good safety.
