| 摘 要： | 苏州市吴县农村住院精神分裂症病人住院前经巫医迷信治疗占１３．８％，巫术组与对照组比较，发病年龄、住院时病情严重程度、用药方式及剂量以及疗效的差异均无显著性。巫术组疗程短、住院次数少、但修改诊断次数多于对照组，提示巫术组病人临床症状具多样性，应引起临床工作者的注意。

| Abstract: | mong the rural schizophrenic inpatients inWu county of Shuzhou city, 13. 8% of them accept-ed witch -doctor's treatment before their hospitali-ation. The pathogenic age, severity of illness in theadmission,medicating method,dosage and curativeeffect in witch-craft group and the control grouphad no significant difference.There were shortercourse,less hospitalized times and more changes ofdiagnoses in witch-craft group than in the controlgroup.It suggested that it should be paid attentionto the variety of patients' clinical symptoms in witch-craft group. |
