| 摘 要： | 将入组的精神分裂症病人随机分为氯氮平组（观察组）和氯丙嗪组（对照组），对其血沉的变化情况进行了为期五周的对照研究。结果显示：氯氮平组２０例，血沉异常１５例，占７５％；氯丙嗪２１例，血沉异常１例，占４．８％。两组具有统计学显著差异（ｘ＝２１．２４，Ｐ＜０．００５）。血沉异常多于用药后一周达最高值，此后逐渐降低，多于第五周末降至正常。对其发生原因进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | e randomly divided the schizophrenic patientsinto clozapine group and chlorpromazine group andhave cornpared the changes of their blood sedimenta-tion for 5 weeks. The results showed that 15 of the20 cases (75 % ) in the clozapine group , and 1 of the21 cases (4. 8% ) in the chlopromazine group had ab-normal blood sedimentation ; which had statistic sig-nificance (X2= 21. 24 , p <0. 005). Most of the ab-normal blood sedimentation reached the highest val-ue in a week after the medication , and then gradual-ly decreased, till normal by the end of the 5thweek. |
