奎的平与氯丙嗪治疗精神分裂症对照研究

目的 :评价奎的平对精神分裂症患者的临床疗效和对其生活质量的影响。 方法:将符合入组标准的患者随机分为两组 ;分别给予奎的平和氯丙嗪治疗 ,用阳性和阴性症状量表 (PANSS)评定疗效 ,生活质量综合评定问卷 (GQOLI)评定生活质量 ,副及应量表 (TESS)和实验室检查评定药物副反应。对两组共 79例精神分裂症患者进行了为期 12周的治疗观察。 结果 :两组PANSS分值治疗前后差异均有显著性 ;但两组之间比较 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。奎的平组生活质量除生活条件维度外 ,在躯体健康、心理健康、社会功能维度均高于氯丙嗪组 ,均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,奎的平组副反应少。 结论 :奎的平与氯丙嗪对精神分裂症的疗效相当 ,但奎的平对精神分裂症患者的生活质量改善明显 ,副反应少。

A comparative study on quetiapine and chlorpromazine in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effects of quetiapine and the life quality of the patients with schizophrenia. Methods: Patients who met CCMD-3 criteria for schizophrenia were randomized into two groups. The patients with schizophrenia treated respectively with quetiapine and chlorpromazine. The efficacy was measured with Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale (PANSS), and the life quality was evaluated with General Quality of Life Inventory (GQOLI). The side effects were employed with Treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale (TESS) and related lab tests. 79 cases were treated with quetiapine or chlorpromazine for 12 weeks. Results:The scores of PANSS of both groups before and after the treatment were significant difference (P<0.05). However, the scores of PANSS between the two groups were not significant difference (P>0.05). The quetiapine group had significantly better effect than the chlorpromazine group in the fields of physical function, mental health and social function (P<0.01). The side effects of quetiapine group were less than the chlorpromazine group.Conclusion:The curative effects of quetiapine and chlorpromazine are similar, but the patients with quetiapine treated have better life quality and less side effects than chlorpromazine.
