“扶正补土”针刺法联合康复训练治疗中风后偏瘫患者的效果

目的:观察“扶正补土”针刺法联合康复训练治疗中风后偏瘫患者的效果。方法:选取73例中风后偏瘫患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为对照组36例和观察组37例。对照组采用康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合“扶正补土”针刺法治疗,比较两组治疗前后肢体运动功能四肢简化评分量表(Fugl-Meyer)]评分、平衡能力Berg平衡量表(BBS)]评分和临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组Fugl-Meyer上、下肢评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组BBS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为94.59%(35/37),高于对照组的75.00%(27/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:“扶正补土”针刺法联合康复训练治疗中风后偏瘫患者可提高肢体运动功能评分、平衡能力评分和治疗总有效率,其效果优于单纯康复训练治疗。

Effects of“Fuzheng Butu”acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia patients

Objective:To observe effects of“Fuzheng Butu”acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in treatment of post-stroke hemiplegia patients.Methods:73 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(37 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,while the observation group was treated with“Fuzheng Butu”acupuncture on the basis of that of the control group.The scores of the motor function of limbsFugl-Meyer scale],the balance ability scoreBerg balance scale(BBS)]and the clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,Fugl-Meyer upper and lower extremity scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The BBS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.59%(35/37),which was higher than 75.00%(27/36)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:“Fuzheng Butu”acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of THE post-stroke hemiplegia patients can improve the score of motor function of limbs,the balance ability and the total effective rate of treatment.Moreover,it is superior to single rehabilitation training.
