瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减联合西药治疗痰浊内阻型冠心病患者的效果

目的:探讨瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减联合西药治疗痰浊内阻型冠心病患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年3月至2021年3月该院收治的100例痰浊内阻型冠心病患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组采用常规西药(盐酸曲美他嗪片+单硝酸异山梨酯片+阿托伐他汀钙片)治疗,观察组在其基础上加服瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减治疗,均连续治疗4周。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血脂指标三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)]水平、中医证候积分及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为96.00%(48/50),高于对照组的82.00%(41/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组HDL-C水平高于对照组,TG、TC、LDL-C水平及中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:瓜蒌薤白半夏汤加减联合西药治疗痰浊内阻型冠心病患者效果确切,可缓解临床症状,降低血脂水平,安全可靠,效果优于单用西药治疗。

Effects of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease of phlegm turbid internal obstruction type

Objective:To explore effects of Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with western medicine in treatment of patients with coronary heart disease of phlegm turbid internal obstruction type.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with coronary heart disease of phlegm turbid internal obstruction type treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine(Trimetazidine hydrochloride tablets+Isosorbide mononitrate tablets+Atorvastatin calcium tablets+Atorvastatin calcium tablets),while the observation group was additionally given Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction treatment.All were treated continuously for 4 weeks.The clinical effects,the blood lipid index leveltriacylglycerol(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein(HDL-C)],the TCM syndrome scores and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.00%(48/50),which was higher than 82.00%(41/50)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the HDL-C level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C and TCM syndrome score were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Gualou Xiebai Banxia decoction combined with western medicine has exact effect in the treatment of the patients with coronary heart disease of phlegm turbid internal obstruction type.It can relieve the clinical symptoms and reduce the blood lipid levels,which is safe and reliable.Moreover,it is superior to single western medicine treatment.
