围术期综合护理在急性阑尾炎手术患者中的应用效果

目的:观察围术期综合护理在急性阑尾炎手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取74例急性阑尾炎患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各37例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施围术期综合护理,比较两组术后24、48 h疼痛程度视觉模拟评分法(VAS)]评分、住院期间并发症发生率和护理满意度。结果:术后12、48 h,观察组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院期间并发症发生率为5.41%(2/37),低于对照组的24.32%(9/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为100.00%(37/37),高于对照组的81.08%(30/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上实施围术期综合护理可降低急性阑尾炎手术患者VAS评分和住院期间并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,效果优于单纯常规护理。

Application effects of comprehensive perioperative nursing in patients with acute appendicitis surgery

Objective:To observe application effects of comprehensive perioperative nursing in patients with acute appendicitis surgery.Methods:74 patients with acute appendicitis were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comprehensive perioperative nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The pain degree scores atvisual analogue scale(VAS)24 and 48 h after the surgery],the incidence of postoperative complications and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:12 and 48 hours after the surgery,the VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in the observation group was 5.41%(2/37),which was lower than 24.32%(9/37)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 100.00%(37/37),which was higher than 81.08%(30/37)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the comprehensive perioperative nursing can reduce the VAS scores and the incidence of postoperative complications in the patients with acute appendicitis surgery,and improve the nursing satisfaction.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
