培坤丸联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血的效果

目的:观察培坤丸联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血患者的效果。方法:选取80例围绝经期异常子宫出血患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组各40例。对照组给予去氧孕烯炔雌醇片口服治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合培坤丸治疗,比较两组出血控制时间、完全止血时间、治疗前后子宫内膜厚度水平、性激素促卵泡生成素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、血清雌二醇(E2)]水平和不良反应发生率。结果:研究组出血控制时间和完全止血时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组子宫内膜厚度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组FSH、LH水平低于对照组,E2水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:培坤丸联合去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗围绝经期异常子宫出血患者可缩短出血控制时间和完全止血时间,降低子宫内膜厚度,以及改善性激素水平,其效果优于单纯去氧孕烯炔雌醇治疗。

Effects of Peikun pills combined with Deoxypregnene ethinylestradiol in treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period

Objective:To observe effects of Peikun pills combined with Deoxypregnene ethinylestradiol in treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period.Methods:80 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during the perimenopausal period were selected as the research objects,and were divided into control group and study group by using the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given Deoxypregnene ethinylestradiol tablets orally,while the study group was combined with Peikun pills on the basis of that of the control group.The bleeding control time,the complete hemostasis time,the endometrial thickness,the sex hormone levelsfollicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),serum estradiol(E2)],and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The bleeding control time and the complete hemostasis time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of endometrial thickness in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of FSH and LH in the study group were lower than those in the control group;the level of E2 was higher than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,here was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Peikun pills combined with Deoxypregnene ethinylestradiol in the treatment of the patients with abnormal uterine bleeding during the perimenopausal period can shorten the bleeding control time and the complete hemostasis time,reduce the level of endometrial thickness,and improve the levels of sex hormones.Moreover,it is superior to single Deoxypregnene ethinylestradiol treatment.
