| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨法乐氏四联症根治术的术后处理。方法：总结近年142例法乐氏四联症根治术的术后临床资料。结果：142例中，137例存活，5例术后死亡，24例术后有早期并发症。结论：法乐氏四联症根治术的术后处理，补足容量、心功能维护及呼吸道管理。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the treatment after the repair of tetralogy of Fallot(TOF).Methods:Summing up clinical data of 142 patients with TOF underwent corrective surgery.Results: Among 142 patients,137 patients recuperated successfully, 5 patients died after operation,24 patients occurred early complications after operation.Conclusions: After the correct operation of tetralogy of Fallot,timely supplement of blood volume,protecting heart function and the management of respiratory tract are important. |
