应用临床护理路径对2型糖尿病患者实施营养健康教育的效果观察

目的：探讨临床护理路径（CNP）在伤残军人2型糖尿病中营养健康教育的有效性。方法：将100例2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者随机分为两组，对照组50例采用常规的营养健康教育方法；观察组50例应用专家组制定的CNP进行营养健康教育。结果：观察组营养健康教育知识掌握情况明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）、自我管理能力高于对照组（P〈0．05）、护理满意度相对提高（P〈0．05）。结论：运用CNP实施糖尿病营养健康教育使营养健康教育更加有效和具有针对性，使患者能够更加系统有效地掌握营养健康知识。

Effect observation of application of clinical nursing pathway in nutrition health education for type 2 diabetic patients

Objective：To discuss effects of clinical nursing pathway （CNP） in the nutrition health education for type 2 diabetic demobilized servicemen and veterans. Methods ：100 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into control group and ob- servation group. The cases in control group took conventional nutrition health education, whereas those in observation group were edu- cated with CNP prepared by the specialists. Results： Compared with control group, experimental group showed obvious advantages in acquisition of knowledge of nutrition health education （ P 〈 0.05 ） , self - control （ P 〈 0.05 ） and nursing satisfaction （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： The application of CNP can make nutrition health education more effective and oriented and improve the ability of the pa- tients to acquire the knowledge of nutrition health.
