健康体检不同年龄段心电图结果分析

目的 :分析不同年龄健康体检者心电图的异常发生情况 ,为临床治疗提供依据。 方法:对不同年龄段 2 0 14名体检者心电图资料进行分组 (Ⅰ组 3 0～ 3 9岁 ,5 92人 ;Ⅱ组 40～ 49岁 ,64 8人 ;Ⅲ组 5 0～ 82岁 ,774人 ) ,按拟定观察指标结合临床资料进行分析。 结果 :3个年龄段组P -R间期、Q -T间期 ,均值的组间比较差异有显著性P <0 .0 5 ;快心律失常、慢心律失常、ST -T改变 ,Ⅰ、Ⅱ组与Ⅲ组组间比较差异均有非常显著性P <0 .0 0 5。 结论 :定期健康检查、描记心电图 ,对早期发现、预防、诊断、治疗老年人心脏病有重要意义

Analysis of abnormality of eCG of health examined persons with different ages

Obective: To anaiyze the abnormality of ECG of health examined persons with different ages in order to provide a foundation of clinical diagnosis and therapy. Methods: According to age, the ECG data of 2 014 persons were divided into Group I (with age of 30-39 years old, 592 cases),Group II (with age of 40-49 years old, 648 cases) and Group III (with age of 50-82 years old, 774 cases). The ECG data in these three groups were analyzed with the observation index and clinical data. Results: There were significant differences among the three groups ( P <0.05) in the average value of P-R interphase and Q-T interphase. More over, there were also highly significantdifferences ( P <0.005) between Group III and Group I or Group II in slow cardiac arrhythmia, swift cardiac arrhythmia and ST-T changes. Conclusion: Regular health examination, especially recording ECG, is important toearly detection, prevention, diagnosis and treatment of heart diseases for the old.
