2型糖尿病合并高血压患者大血管病变的相关因素分析

目的:通过对2型糖尿病合并高血压患者有无大血管病变的相关因素比较,了解大血管病变的主要影响因素。方法:将近年来我院所收治的102例2型糖尿病合并高血压患者,根据有无大血管病变分为两组,分别有36例和66例,比较两组糖尿病病程、高血压病程、体重指数、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平、肾功能(BUN、CR、GFR、24 h尿蛋白)及血清总蛋白和血清白蛋白水平,大血管病变的诊断依据彩色多普勒检查报告,数据比较按计量资料的两独立样本的t检验。结果:两组资料各项比较,仅糖尿病病程有显著性差异(P<0.05),有大血管病变组糖尿病病程长于无大血管病变组;而高血压病程、体重指数、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平(TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C)、肾功能(BUN、Cr、GFR、24 h尿蛋白)及血清总蛋白和血清白蛋白水平均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:2型糖尿病合并高血压患者大血管病变与糖尿病病程有关,糖尿病病程越长则发生大血管病变的危险性增加。

Analysis of the Correlation Factors of Macroangiopathy in Type 2 Diabetes Combined with High Blood Pressure

Objective: To investigate the main influential factors of macroangiopathy in type 2 diabetes combined with high blood pressure by comparing the correlation factors.Methods:All the 102 patients in type 2 diabetes combined with high blood pressure were grouped into two sets,36 patients in group A with macroangiopathy,66 patients in group B with no macroangiopathy.Course of diabetes,course of high blood pressure,BMI,FPG,HbA1c,BUN,Cr,GFR,24h urine protein,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,total serum protein and seralbumin were compared.Color Doppler was used in the diagnosis of macroangiopathy.Results: Of all the factors,only the course of diabetes was significant difference(P<0.05)in two groups.Conclusions: Macroangiopathy in type 2 diabetes combined with high blood pressure was related with the course of diabetes.Accompanied with the long course of diabetes,the chanciness of macroangiopathy was increasing.
