| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨采用Morse跌倒评估量表进行护理干预在老年病房防跌倒管理中的作用。方法:将住院老年患者随机分成两组,对照组102例、观察组103例。观察组采用Morse跌倒评估量表进行跌倒风险评估,根据评估风险大小进行防跌倒干预护理。对照组给予常规护理。结果:观察组跌倒发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:根据Morse跌倒评估量表评分结果进行有效的护理干预,能降低住院老年患者跌倒发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the role of Morse fall assessment scale for nursing intervention in senile ward falls prevention management.Methods:The hospitalized elderly patients were randomly divided into control group(102 cases) and observation group(103 cases).The Morse fall assessment scale was used for falls risk assessment in hospitalized elderly patients,anti-fall intervention care based on assessment of risks.The control group was given routine nursing care.Results:The incidence of falls in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective nursing intervention based on the Morse fall assessment scale score results can reduce the incidence of falls of hospitalized elderly patients. |
