| 摘 要： | 目的:通过开展优质护理服务一系列活动,探讨对住院患者的影响。方法:通过对已开展优质护理和未开展优质护理的两个病区的住院患者100例,从满意度和护理质量进行比较。结果:已开展优质护理服务病区满意度和护理质量明显提高(P﹤0.05)。结论:开展优质护理服务活动可以改善护理服务,规范护理行为,提高护理质量及患者满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing service on inpatients by carrying out a series of high-quality nursing activities.Methods:To investigate 100 inpatients from two nursing units(one receives high-quality nursing,the other does not) and make a comparative study on satisfaction degree of patients and nursing quality.Results: The satisfaction degree of patients in nursing unit treated with high-quality nursing service and the quality of nursing are obviously improved(P<0.05).Conclusions: Carrying out high-quality nursing service may improve nursing service,standardize nursing behavior and improve nursing quality and satisfaction degree of patients. |
