阿立哌唑与喹硫平治疗100例精神分裂症的对照研究

目的:探讨阿立哌唑与喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法:100例精神分裂症患者随机分为阿立哌唑组(50例)和喹硫平组(50例),疗程8周。分别于治疗前和治疗后1、2、4、6、8周末,采用阳性症状量表(SAPS)和阴性症状量表(SANS)评定临床疗效,用副反应量表(TESS)及有关实验室检查评定不良反应。结果:阿立哌唑组有效率为93.9%,喹硫平组为92.7%,两者比较差异无显著性(u=0.7692,P>0.05)。不良反应发生率分别为93.9%和97.5%,两者比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑与喹硫平治疗精神分裂症疗效可靠,安全性高。

Comparative study of Aripiprazole and Quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenia

Objective:To explore the clinical effect and security of Aripiprazole and Quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:Total 100 cases were divided into two groups randomly,as Aripiprazole group(n=50) and Quetiapine group(n=50),and the course was 8 weeks.The clinical effect was assessed with SAPS and SANS,and side effects with TESS and other experimental assessments before treatment and in the 1st,2th,4th,6th and 8th week after treatment.Results: The effective rate of Aripiprazole group was 93.9%,and 92.7% in Quetiapine group.The difference between the two groups wasn’t significant(u=0.7692,P>0.05).There is no significant difference in the incidence rate of side effects between Aripiprazole group(93.9%) and Quetiapine group(97.5%)(P>0.05).Conclusions: Both Aripiprazole and Quetiapine are effective and safe in the treatment of schizophrenia.
