摘    要:目的:探讨集中管理与健康教育在精神科静脉输液中的应用效果.方法:通过回顾性分析对535例住院患者按住院时间分为研究组(269例)和对照组(266例),其中研究组输液3 966次,对照组为3 982次,研究组患者采用集中管理静脉输液模式,同时进行集体健康教育;对照组患者采用分散管理静脉输液模式,不进行健康教育.采用自制的静脉输液不良事件发生情况量表(JSBQ)和输液患者满意度量表(SHMD)于静脉输液完毕后进行评定.结果:输液后两组不良事件发生率除被伤害因素外其余7项差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).输液后患者满意度比较,在SHMD量表中,两组患者在输液技术和服务态度方面差异无统计学意义,巡视到位情况差异有统计学意义(x2 =25.41,P<0.01).结论:集中管理与健康教育在精神科静脉输液过程中对减少和防止不良事件的发生,保证患者安全,减少患者痛苦,防范护理纠纷,进而保证精神科护理安全起到了十分重要的作用.

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate application effects of centralized management and health education for patients under in-travenous infusion in department of psychiatry. Methods:535 inpatients were retrospectively analyzed and divided into study group(269 cases) and control group (266 cases) according to the hospitalization time. The cases in study group were intravenously injectedfor 3966 times whereas those in control group were intravenously injected for 3982 times. A centralized management intravenous infu-sion mode was given to study group, besides the collective health education, while only a decentralized management intravenous infu-sion mode was used for control group. Self-made adverse events scale in intravenous infusion (JSBQ) and infusion patient satisfactionscale (SHMD) were used to assess after the intravenous infusion. Results: (1) Except the risk factors, the differences of other 7 itemsin JSBQ between the two groups were statistically significant (P〈0. 01). (2) For SHMD, there were statistical significances in infu-sion technique and service attitude between the two groups, but no statistical difference in the patrol in place (x2 =25. 41, P〈0. 01).Conclusions: The centralized management and health education during intravenous infusion in the department of psychiatry can reduceand prevent the occurrence of the adverse events, ensure patient safety, reduce patient pain, and prevent nursing disputes, thereby en-suring the safety of psychiatric nursing.
