喹硫平治疗老年期痴呆精神行为障碍的疗效评价

目的:探讨喹硫平治疗老年期痴呆精神行为障碍的临床疗效。方法:80例老年期痴呆精神行为障碍患者,随机分为对照组和观察组两组。对照组患者给予利培酮治疗,观察组患者给予喹硫平治疗。结果:治疗2周、4周、8周后,观察组患者BEHAVE-AD评分均低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗2周、4周、8周后,观察组患者BEHAVE-AD评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者不良反应发生率12.50%少于对照组不良反应发生率55.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:应用喹硫平治疗老年期痴呆精神行为障碍疗效确切,且安全可靠,临床应用价值显著。

Evaluation of curative effect of quetiapine in treatment of mental and behavioral disorders of 80 cases of senile dementia

Objective：To explore effects of quetiapine in treatment of senile dementia with the mental and behavioral disorders. Methods：80 senile dementia patients with the mental and behavioral disorders were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The cases in control group were given risperidone, whereas those in observation group was treated with quetiapine. Results：2, 4 and 8 weeks after the treatment, the BEHAVE-AD score of observation group was lower than that before the treatment, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 01）. 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks after the treatment, the BEHAVE-AD score of observa-tion group was lower than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 01）. The incidence of adverse re-actions of the observation group （12. 50%） was lower than that of control group （55. 00%）, and the difference was statistically signif-icant （P〈0. 01）. Conclusions：Quetiapine in the treatment of senile dementia with the mental and behavioral disorders has good cura-tive effect and high safety and reliability, and the value of clinical application is significant.
