精神科开展优质护理的成效

目的:介绍精神科优质护理服务活动的实践,观察实施效果。方法:贯彻卫生部"优质护理服务示范工程"工作精神,改革护理分工方式,制定护士的分层管理制度,建立护士能级结构,完善绩效考核制度,实施高分险患者风险评估和健康教育,有效利用护理支持系统。结果:实施优质护理后患者对护士的满意度高于实施前P<0.5。结论:在精神科实施"优质护理服务"可提高患者满意度。

Effects of high quality nursing in department of psychiatry

ObjectiveTo introduce practice of high quality nursing service in department of psychiatry, and observe the imple-mentation effects. Methods：The Ministry of health “quality care demonstration project冶work spirit was followed out, the nursing divi-sion was reformed, a hierarchical management system was developed to the nurses, a nurse level structure was established, a perform-ance appraisal system was improved, the risk assessment and health education for the high risk patients were implemented, and thenursing support system was effectively used. Results： After the implementation of the high quality nursing, the patient satisfaction onnurses was higher than that before the implementation （P〈0. 5）. Conclusions： The implementation of ＂high quality nursing service＂in the department of psychiatry can improve the patients＇ satisfaction.
