人文关怀在精神科患者护理中应用探讨

目的:推行护理人文关怀,提高精神科优质护理质量。方法:在精神科护理服务中强化人文关怀理念,营造积极的护理环境、温馨的亲情环境、优质的护理环境,开展特色服务、创新感动服务、深化服务品牌。结果:"以人为本,以患者为中心"的人文关怀,给患者以真切、无微、实在的关怀,使患者从中获得满足感和安全感。结论:护理人文关怀对提高精神科护理质量有着积极的促进作用。
