| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨超早期冰棒刺激疗法对脑卒中患者吞咽功能恢复的影响。方法:将160例脑卒中住院患者随机分成康复组(80例)和对照组(80例),分别于第1周、第2周、第3周采用洼田俊夫饮水测试评定法对两组患者进行评定。结果:3周后两组患者得分比较,康复组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:提示超早期冰棒刺激疗法对脑卒中患者吞咽功能的恢复有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate effects of super-early ice stimulation on swallowing function recovery after stroke. Meth-ods：160 patients with dysphagia in the super early stage after stroke were divided into treatment group and control group with 80 casesin each group. The cases in control group was treated with swallowing exercise, while those in treatment group was treated with icestimulation in addition. They were assessed with drinking test 1, 2 and 3 weeks after the treatment. Results： The score increased morein treatment group than that in control group 3 weeks after the treatment （P〈0. 01）. Conclusions： The super-early ice stimulation canimprove the swallowing function for the patients dysphagia after stroke. |
