| 摘 要： | 目的:观察参芪扶正注射液联合卡培他滨治疗老年晚期大肠癌的近期疗效及其对机体生活质量的影响。方法:将70例老年晚期大肠癌患者分为两组。治疗组35例患者采用参芪扶正注射液联合卡培他滨治疗;对照组35例患者单纯应用卡培他滨治疗。治疗3个周期后评价疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组患者总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05),毒副作用低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液可以提高卡培他滨治疗老年晚期大肠癌的疗效,减低不良反应,改善生活质量,是老年晚期大肠癌患者治疗的一种选择。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observe short-term effects of shenqifuzheng injection and capectitabine in treatment of elderly pa-tients with advanced carcinoma of large intestine and its influence on life quality. Methods：Seventy patients were divided into twogroups： 35 patients of treatment group received shenqifuzheng injection combined with capectitabine, and 35 patients of control groupwere given only capectitabine. The curative effect and side effects were evaluated after 3 cycles of the treatment. Results： The overallresponse rates of treatment group were higher than those of control group （P〈0. 05）. The life quality of treatment group was higherthan that of control group （P〈0. 05）. The side effect rate of treatment group was lower than that of control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclu-sions： Shenqifuzheng injection combined with capectitabine can improve the curative effect, improve life quality, and decrease the sideeffect for the elderly patients with advanced carcinoma of large intestine. |
