异常Ptfv_1对肺心病合并冠心病的诊断价值

为探讨异常Ptfv1对肺心病合并冠心病诊断价值，检查100例非心脏病者，98例肺心病患者，62例肺心病合并冠心病患者12个心电图常规导联，测定其Ptfv1值，并于治疗前后复查．结果：正常人组Ptfv1均＞-003mm·s．Ptfv1阳性率肺心组为58．3％，肺冠组为61．2％（P＞0．05）．两组病人治疗前后阳性率均显著下降．左房扩大和（或）左室扩大者Ptfv1阳性率高．结论：肺心病患者Ptfv1阳性率不低，且受较多因素影响，对肺心病合并冠心病诊断价值不大，与心脏功能密切相关，值得注意．

Diagnostic Value of Abnormal Ptfv_1 on Pulmonary Heart disease Combined Coronary Heart Disease

To approach the diagnostic value ofabnormal Ptfv1 on pulmonary heart disease. Method100 patients without heart disease, 98 patients withpulmonary heart disease and 62 patients with pulmonary heart disease combined coronary heart disease were examined and re-examined in 12 regularlead of ECG before and after treatment to determinetheir values of Ptfv1. Results The results showedthat the Ptfv1 value of the control group was morethan-0.03mm. s. The positive rate of Ptfv1 in thepulmonary heart disease group was 58.3%, in thecombined group was 61.2% (P>0.05), and itmarkedly decreased in both groups before and afterthe treatment. The positive rate of Ptfv1 of patientswith left atrial dilatation and (or) left ventricular dilatation were high. Conclusion It indicates that thepositive rate of Ptfv1 in the patients with pulmonaryheart disease is not low, and is affected by manyfactors, which suggests not significant in diagnosingpulmonary heart disease combined coronary heartdisease.
