针刺联合常规西药治疗带状疱疹患者的效果

目的:观察针刺联合常规西药治疗带状疱疹患者的效果。方法:选取110例带状疱疹患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各55例。对照组给予常规西药(阿昔洛韦片、甲钴胺片)治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予针刺治疗,比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、中医证候积分、血清β-内啡肽水平、前列腺素E2水平,以及临床疗效、带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率和不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,两组VAS评分和中医证候积分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为94.55%,明显高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组β-内啡肽水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,两组前列腺素E2水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月,观察组带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率为1.82%,明显低于对照组的14.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺联合常规西药治疗带状疱疹患者可提高治疗总有效率和β-内啡肽水平,降低中医证候积分、VAS评分、前列腺素E2水平和带状疱疹后遗神经痛发生率,效果优于单纯常规西药治疗。

Effects of acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine on patients with herpes zoster

Objective:To observe effects of acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine on patients with herpes zoster.Methods:110 patients with herpes zoster were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine(Acyclovir tablets,Mecobalamin tablets),while the observation group was given Acupuncture treatment on the basis of that of the control group.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the TCM syndrome score,the serumβ-endorphin level,the prostaglandin E2 level,the clinical efficacy,incidence of postherpetic neuralgia and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After the treatment,the VAS scores and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.55%,which was significantly higher than 81.82%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,theβ-endorphin levels in the two groups were higher than those before the treatment,and hat of the observation group was higher than that of the control group;the prostaglandin E2 levels in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia in the observation group was 1.82%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group,14.55%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Acupuncture combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of the patients with herpes zoster can increase the total effective rate of treatment and theβ-endorphin levels,and reduce the TCM syndrome scores,the VAS scores,the prostaglandin E2 levels and the incidence of postherpetic neuralgia.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional western medicine treatment.
