上海闵行区2011年度住院流浪精神病患者的回顾性对照分析

目的：了解上海闵行区流浪精神病患者的一般情况及临床特点，为社会相关部门提供建议。方法：选择2011年1月1日至2011年12月31日收入我院的流浪精神病患者为研究组，以同期收入我院的非流浪精神病患者为对照组，对两组的一般资料及临床特点等情况进行统计，并作相关分析。结果：与对照组患者相比，研究组患者年龄显著较小，外地籍贯人数明显多于对照组，人院多因自语吵闹和违反社会治安等原因人院，并伴有多种躯体异常情况。结论：当一部分精神病患者由于各种原因成为流浪精神病患者时，不仅对自己的健康造成伤害，同时会严重影响社会秩序，给社会带来许多不安定因素，因此患者家属和社会对流浪精神病患者的救治应给予足够的重视，减少他们再次流浪的几率。

A retrospective analysis of wandering patients with mental disorders in shanghai minhang district in 2011

Objective：To analyze general condition and clinical characteristics of wandering patients in shanghai Minhang dis- trict , and to provide advice to relevant departments of society. Methods：Choose all the admitted mental disorders patients from Janu- ary 1, 2011 to December 31,2011 ,wandering patients to the study group, general patients to the control group; and to compare the difference of general condition and clinical characteristics between two groups. Results： compared with the control group of patients, the study group patients age and the number of native are significantly smaller than the control group, and the reasons of the study group mostly are wrangle and violation of social security and accompanied many body diseases. Conclusions： when a mental disorder patient turn to a wandering patient because of various reasons, it hurt the patient~ health and affect the social order, bring many unsta- ble factors to the society, so the patient~ family and society should give the patients enough attention to their treatment, reduce their another wandering probability.
