胃癌组织中P16蛋白的表达及其与预后的关系

目的了解P16蛋白在胃癌发生、发展中的作用及其与预后的关系.方法应用免疫组化方法对60例胃癌、18例胃良性疾病及15例胃正常组织中P16蛋白的表达情况进行检测.结果胃癌组织中P16蛋白的阳性率(25%)低于胃良性疾病(61.11%)及胃正常组织(63.33%),差异有显著性(P＜0.05).P16蛋白的表达与胃癌的组织分化、临床分期、淋巴转移及预后关系密切(P＜0.05),与患者年龄、性别、肿瘤位置无关.结论P16基因蛋白在胃癌的发生、发展过程中起了重要作用.P16蛋白可作为判别胃良、恶性疾病及胃癌患者预后的一项指标.

The expression of P16 protein and correlation with prognosis of gastric carcinoma.

Objectives:To study the expression of P16 protein in gastric carcinoma and research the effect and relation with prognosis.Methods:The expression of P16 protein was determined in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma,18 case of benign gastric diseases and 15 cases of normal gastric tissue with immunohistochemical method.Results:The positive rate of P16 protein in gastric carcinoma was lower than that in benign gastric diseases and in normal gastric tissue ( P< 0 05).The expression of P16 was closely correlated to tumor histodifferentiation type,degree of differentiation,lymph node metastasis and prognosis of patients with gastric carcinoma.Conclusions:The results suggest that P16 protein may play an important rote in the occurrence and development of the gastric carcinoma.The expression of P16 protein might be a indicator for assessing benign and malignant disease and prognosis of patient with gastric carcinoma.
