利培酮合并帕罗西汀治疗老年性抑郁症临床疗效观察

目的：观察利培酮合并帕罗西汀治疗老年性抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法：将100例符合标准的老年性抑郁症患者，随机分为利培酮合并帕罗西汀组（研究组）和单用帕罗西汀组（对照组），以汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）及副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应。结果：研究组起效快，疗效优于对照组，两组不良反应无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。结论：利培酮合并帕罗西汀治疗老年性抑郁症疗效明显优于单用帕罗西汀组，且不良反应相当，很值得在临床推广应用。

A controlled study of Paroxetine alone and combination with Risperidone in the treatment of senile depression

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and security of Risperidone combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of senile depression. Methods： One hundred patients were randomized Risperidone combined Paroxetine group and Paroxetine monotherapy group. HAMD and TESS were evaluated the curative effect and side reaction. Results： Risperidone combined with Paroxetine treatment showed a significant efficacy than Paroxetine monotherapy group. Side reaction of no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusions ： Rispcridone combined with Paroxetine in the treatment of senile depression curative effect is obviously superior to the single use of Paroxetine group, and the adverse reactions, it is worth to popularize in the clinical application.
