大台地区家庭保健员培训在社区慢性病防治中的作用研究

目的:探索家庭保健员在社区慢性病防治中的作用,为今后在社区中推广提供理论依据。方法:在社区中采取自愿申请且具有初中以上文化水平的原则筛选家庭保健员,并对其进行培训,同时设立对照组。一年后对干预组和对照组在吸烟、饮酒、炒菜用油、饮食咸淡和计测血压等方面进行比较。结果:在吸烟、饮酒、炒菜用油、饮食咸淡和计测血压等方面干预组比对照组有明显改善,差别有统计学意义。结论:家庭保健员培训对社区慢性病防治起到积极作用,是社区开展慢性病防控的一项有效措施,值得推广。

Study on the effect of family health-care assistant training in community chronic disease prevention and cure in Datai subdistrict

Objective:To explore the effect of family health-care assistant in community chronic disease prevention and cure,and provide theory evidence for the generalization in community.Methods:Take the principle of voluntary requests and more than junior high school level to screen family health-care assistant.Conduct family health-care assistant training and make the control group meanwhile.After one year,we make the comparisons in smoking,drinking,edible oil eating,salt intake,blood pressure and so on.Results:The intervention group and control group has marked differences in smoking,drinking,edible oil eating,salt intake,blood pressure and so on.The intervention group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The training of family health-care assistant plays an active role in community chronic disease prevention and cure,and is worth popularizing as an effective measure.
