护理干预在未婚女性人工流产术中的重要性

目的:探讨护理干预在未婚女性人工流产术中的作用。方法:对100例未婚女性意外妊娠而行人工流产术的患者进行随机分组,每组50例。A组在患者刚进入手术室即实施护理干预,B组执行常规护理,两组病人均在异丙酚联合芬太尼全麻下实施人工流产术。最后对两组患者术中情况及术后疗效进行分析。结果:A组情绪稳定,术前经过护理干预后焦虑减轻,术中配合良好,手术较B组患者更为顺利。A组手术时间为(3.10±0.50)min,B组手术时间为(5.20±0.60)min(P<0.05),两组均未发生人工流产综合征;两组病人术后1周复查瘀血排出情况,A组明显优于B组。结论:护理干预可以降低患者术前焦虑,减轻她们的躯体痛苦,对手术的实施起到了积极作用。

Nursing intervention in unmarried women abortion of the importance

Objective:to explore the nursing intervention was in unmarried women abortion in the role.Methods:100 cases of unmarried women undesired pregnancy and do the procedure abortion patients randomized,each group of 50 cases.Group A patient just in the operating room that is in the implementation of the nursing intervention group B is performing routine care,two groups of patients are in the propofol joint fentanyl under general anesthesia was perform abortions.The two groups were in this situation and postoperative curative effect analysis.Results: A group of emotional stability,preoperative after nursing intervention anxiety reduce after used and cooperate good,surgery is group B patients more smoothly.A group of operation time was 3.10 + /-0.50 min,group B operation time was 5.20 + /-0.60 min.(P<0.05),two groups of all did not happen abortion syndrome,two groups of operation time is,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05);Two groups of patients A week after the discharge blood stasis,group A group B is superior.Conclusions: the nursing intervention can reduce the preoperative patients with anxiety,reduce their physical pain,to the implementation of the operation which has played a positive role.
