比索洛尔与美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗收缩性心力衰竭并发室性心律失常患者的效果比较

目的:比较比索洛尔与美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗收缩性心力衰竭并发室性心律失常患者的效果。方法:回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年3月该院收治的90例收缩性心力衰竭伴室性心律失常患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组采用美托洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗,观察组采用比索洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗。比较两组疗效、治疗前后心功能指标水平和不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为95.56%(43/45),高于对照组的80.00%(36/45),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组心率校正QT间期和心率均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组右室射血分数和左室射血分数均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:比索洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗收缩性心力衰竭伴室性心律失常患者效果显著,能改善心功能,且安全性较好。

Comparison of effects of Bisoprolol and Metoprolol combined with Amiodarone in treatment of patients with systolic heart failure complicated by ventricular arrhythmia

Objective:To compare effects of Bisoprolol and Metoprolol combined with Amiodarone in treatment of patients with systolic heart failure complicated by ventricular arrhythmia.Methods:A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 90 patients with systolic heart failure complicated by ventricular arrhythmia admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 was performed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,each with 45 cases.The control group was treated with Metoprolol combined with Amiodarone,while the observation group was treated with Bisoprolol combined with Amiodarone.The curative effects,the levels of heart function indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.56%(43/45),which was higher than 80.00%(36/45)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the heart rate adjusted QT intervals and heart rates of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of the right ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups were higher than those before the treatment;those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Bisoprolol combined with Amiodarone is effective in the treatment of the patients with systolic heart failure complicated by ventricular arrhythmia,which can improve the heart function with good safety.
