| 摘 要： | 寒热是中医八纲辨证中的两个重要方面,也是中医辨证治疗的纲领,多个学科领域已对寒热证本质进行了探索,并获得了一定的成果,尤其是计算机科学的引入,更是带动了寒热乃至中医证候学的发展。现从交叉学科研究方面(神经内分泌学、免疫学及与计算机科学)、其他各学科研究方面(病理学、生物化学等)及前瞻3个方面进行了综述。

| Abstract: | Cold and heat, two important aspects of syndrome-differentiation by eight principles in traditional Chinese medicine, are also the key principles of syndrome differentiation and treatment variation.
