原发性胆汁性肝硬化中医辨治思路

原发性胆汁性肝硬化是一种慢性胆汁瘀积性肝脏疾病,临床表现复杂,可归属于中医"黄疸、臌胀"等范畴。病因有外感湿邪、饮食失宜、情志失调、劳倦内伤以及禀赋不足几方面,病性虚实夹杂,临床上可表现为"湿—瘀—毒—虚"的演变过程,但以瘀贯穿疾病始终。治疗上当活血利湿、清化瘀毒、补虚祛瘀。

Primary biliary cirrhosis is a chronic cholestatic liver disease with complicated clinical manifestations.According to TCM theories,it is related to "Jaundice" and "Drum bellyand" and so on.The common causes of the disease consist of exogenous pathogenic dampness,improper diet,emotional upsets,overstrain and congenital deficiency.It is the type of the combination of deficiency and excess,with the evolution of "dampness-stasis-toxin-deficiency" on pathogenesis,especially the stasis throughout the disease.In treatment,to remove blood stasis,to induce dampness,to eliminate toxin and tonify deficiency are necessary.
