淫羊藿HPLC指纹图谱的建立与产地、部位成分差异性研究

目的:建立淫羊藿的HPLC指纹图谱,并分析不同产地、部位的品质差异性。方法:Kromasil C18柱(250mm×250mm×4.6mm,5μm),检测波长为270nm;流速为1mL/min;柱温为室温;乙腈和1%醋酸为流动相,进行梯度洗脱;测定湖北、东北、吉林不同产地茎、叶指纹图谱,比较其差异性。结果:淫羊藿药材指纹图谱共检出23个峰,峰面积之和大于总峰面积的90%,其精密度、稳定性、重复性均符合《中药注射剂指纹图谱研究的技术要求(暂行)》中的有关规定。结论:本方法可科学、合理地评判淫羊藿药材品质的差异,对于淫羊藿道地药材研究具有一定的意义。

Establishment of HPLC Fingerprint of Epimedium and Composition Studies of Origin and Site

Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of Epimedium,and analyze quality differences of different origin and location.Methods:Kromasil C18 column(250mm×250mm×4.6mm,5μm),detection wavelength 270nm;flow rate 1mL/min;column temperature was at room temperature;acetonitrile and 1% acetic acid as mobile phase,gradient elution;determine fingerprints of different origin stems,leaves from Hubei,Northeast,Jilin,and compare their differences.Results:Epimedium Fingerprint has 23 peaks,the total peak area is greater than 90%.Its precision,stability,repeatability are in line with the relevant provisions in Fingerprint Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection of Technical Requirements(Temporary).Conclusion:This method can scientifically and reasonably judge the quality differences of Epimedium,and has a certain significance for Epimedium genuine medicine research.
