| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨施氏十二字养生功理论渊源及作用原理。方法:通过发掘古代医学文献对导引的论述并结合现代医学理论来探讨施氏十二字养生功的作用机理。结果:施氏十二字养生功是在中医传统导引理论指导下通过长期的临床实践创建的养生功,对以颈椎病为主的骨退行性病变引起的疼痛不适等有良好疗效。结论:施氏十二字养生功是防治颈椎病有效方法之一。
