| 摘 要： | 目的:观察电针治疗糖尿病性便秘的疗效。方法:100例患者随机分为针刺组50例,对照组50例,观察患者便秘症状评分、排便时间的变化。针刺组取天枢、上巨虚,并接电针疏密波,留针30min。针刺1次/d,7d/疗程,3个疗程后评价疗效。对照组给予普瑞博思10mg,3餐前30min口服,3次/d。结果:针刺组有效率96.0%,对照组有效率68.8%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后排便时间均有显著性差异(P<0.05),组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后在用力情况方面均有显著性差异;针刺组在排便次数、大便性状方面有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗糖尿病性便秘的临床疗效优于普瑞博思,具有一定的优势。
