摘    要:目的:探讨以问题为基础的教学(PBL)在《基础护理学》教学中的应用效果。方法:实验组在《基础护理学》部分理论课中采用了PBL;对照组均采用传统课堂讲授法。结果:实验组对PBL法的各项教学效果评价均较好。结论:实践证明,该方法在调动学生学习积极性,培养学生自学能力及综合素质,尤其在培养学生评判性思维能力,提高分析问题、解决问题能力等方面取得了良好效果。并在实践中总结了包括要对指导教师和学生进行必要的PBL课程培训、精心设计PBL病例及问题和PBL学习流程等关键问题。
