| 摘 要： | 通过对冠状动脉介入治疗,射频消融及起搏器置入术这三方面引起心包填塞并发症的总结,提示8例心包填塞患者在心脏介入治疗中的易患因素与介入导管穿刺技术,抗凝剂的使用及出、凝血时间密切相关,说明在心脏介入治疗中,发现、早诊断、治疗是成功抢救心包填塞并发症的关键所在。

| Abstract: | We observed the complication of pericardial effusion during the following operations:interventional therapy for cardiovascular disease,catheter ablation and artificial cardiac pacing.From 8 cases of pericardial effusion,we concluded that the probably factors of this complication,such as interventional catheter acupuncture,doses of anticoagulation,coagulation time and APTT,were differentiated relevant with pericardial effusion.So we came to the conclusion that the early finding,diagnosis,and treatment were the key to decreasing the mortality of pericardial effusion. |
