| 摘 要： | 排卵功能障碍性不孕是妇科常见病和疑难病,有两个主要原因:其一是卵泡发育的障碍,其二是卵子排出的障碍。任何一方面出现问题都可引起排卵障碍,从而导致不孕。而卵泡的发育有赖于肾精的充盛,卵子的排出又有赖于肾阳的鼓动,肝之疏泄,从补肾的角度对排卵功能障碍性不孕的治疗予以综述。
