| 摘 要： | 树突状细胞是目前已知人体内功能最强的抗原递呈细胞,参与抗原识别、加工处理和提呈,启动、维持并调控免疫应答。近年来,大量研究资料表明树突状细胞在肿瘤特异性免疫反应过程中起重要作用,树突状细胞与肿瘤的临床分期、浸润、转移及预后密切相关。这为提高恶性肿瘤的治疗效果,改善疾病的生存和预后提供了新的潜在治疗靶点。文章旨在对树突状细胞与恶性肿瘤之间的关系及其所发挥的作用进行综述。
