| 摘 要： | 颈椎病是中老年人的常见病和多发病,颈椎病动物实验是研究治疗颈椎病的基础。在实验动物身上复制颈椎病,通过对动物模型的研究,来揭示颈椎病的病因和发病机制,以及预防和治疗方法的改进,是目前对颈椎病研究的重要途径之一。文章通过对近20年来有关颈椎病动物模型文献的回顾,总结了颈椎病动物造模的方法,并且认为余家阔等报道的造模方法,不失为一种符合人类颈椎病发病原理、容易制作、价格便宜的造模方法。
